Appointments can be booked online or directly with Therapeia Recovery. All bookings are subject to availability. By making a booking you agree to the policies outlined below.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• More than 24 hours: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of the appointment fee.
• No-shows: 100% of the appointment fee.
The Olympus Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically.
Your membership includes:
- One Olympus Recovery session every month
- 10% off additional treatments
- Priority booking
- Personalised recovery planning
Members may cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing date. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable and remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Unused monthly sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment to avoid delaying other clients. Full payment still applies.
Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, surgeries, medications, pregnancy or changes to your health before your appointment.
As our treatments are professional services, completed appointments are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Every person responds differently to treatment.
While we aim to reduce pain, improve mobility and enhance recovery, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
By attending an appointment, you acknowledge that you voluntarily participate in treatment.
Therapeia Recovery is not responsible for injuries or complications resulting from withheld medical information, failure to follow aftercare advice, or activities undertaken after treatment.
Your personal information is collected solely to provide safe and effective treatment.
Your information is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.
